1. The first surprise came with my staff...
who got me some special pizza cakes in the afternoon...

We even took some professional shots of the whole group...
all thanks to our nice photographer...

Received some great birthday gifts too...
*Nice dress by Esther...
*Campbell painting by Shufen and Jen
*My fav food by Yolyn

Love ya all loads.. :)

2. The second surprise came much later in the night...

Special mentions about the people behind this
*JJ: the brain and main culprit behind this whole surprise...
*Wen: the secretary and coordinator who has to do all the legwork
*Mei Mei & Jen: the poor insiders who has to bear the blunt of my bad tempers

The buildup was good... and all the credits has to go to my poor staff...

Unknowingly, they are the spies, linking up with the outside culprits to keep me in shoot as long as they can...
So when my second last shot started at 7 plus... they panicked...

Resorting to Plan B, they did all things possible to screw up the shoot...
Some examples?
- Taking an hour to do up one ribbon
- Holding a mini discussion to discuss at length the color for a ribbon
- Messing up the cloth I have painstakingly set
- Changing my styling at will
Hmm, the only thing they are short of doing is taking apart the whole set at one go...

And imagine the frustration when my most trusted assistant suddenly finds her mobile phone more interesting than the shoot I'm trying darn hard to finish early...

Trying my best to hold my temper in check, I finished the shoot at 10 plus...

Walking out with my team behind me, I found myself staring at some faces in the dark wedding corner, huddled and squatting...

And in the next sec, I was blinded by flashlights, deafened by loud singing...
and my half confused mind was still trying hard to make out the 3 faces in the dark...

*Smiles*
