Cook: Roast chicken rice.

I've been marinating this chicken since last night, it was all just a matter of what I think will be nice and I just add. There should be peppercorns, coriander powder, BBQ sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, salt and black pepper.




Since some ginger and place the chicken on the slices, so that it wouldn't stick to the pan after roasting. 200 C for 1 hour, flip the chicken after 25 mins, so that the other side can be nicely roasted too.




After 1 hour, my roast chicken is done!




I took out the tray, added water and heated it over the stove. I'm going to cook all the sauce that is stuck on the tray, transfer to a saucepan after the sauce has dissolved together with the rest of the marinate. Keep cooking and add sugar, salt or pepper to your liking. Lastly, add cornstarch to thicken the sauce.




Pour over chicken and it's ready to serve!




Tried cooking chicken rice too. Didn't turn out as good as I hope but still an achievement! =)
