Hi all! I'm back from Malacca, it was certainly a great trip and how I hope I don't have to back so soon. Here goes...
Breakfast at a coffee shop opposite Golden Mile Complex.
This is where I collect my tickets.
The bus ticket.
The bus I'm going to take.
The interior of the bus.
Love these little parts that looks 70s!
Bottles of mineral water provided.
I got VIP seats because the seats were almost full and they only have the VIP seats available. The toilet is just beside me.
Emergency exit on my right. Ahh~ You never know when you will need it. =P
Me at Tuas Causeway, dressed like a student.
A must, to have snacks on the bus.
The hotels I chose and booked, very value for money. Both shopping malls and Jonker Street is just a 10 mins walking distance away from the hotel. Transport fees saved.
The hotel room was very very spacious!
They have bathtubs too, I could do some spa. =)
I decided to load my mini-holga with the newly-bought films.
This is how the film looks like.
The back.
And loaded!
Killed a roll of film while trying to find out how to use it.
Vintage train, while on the way to the shopping center.
Lunch at US Pizza.
Singapore's Pizza Hut has got no Tabasco sauce, Malaysia's pizza restaurants has it! Stingy Singapore Pizza Hut.
Very generous with the ingredients and the crust was crispy, I could finish the whole pan pizza myself. I craving for it right now.
This lasagna is very good, it's wet and not dry. I love it wet and loads of chewy mozarella cheese.
Lots of minced beef.
Seacoconut and longan drink.
Tea egg.
Love tat car in the shop.
Mixed fruits, $3. Has lots of apples and grapes.
Champagne grapes, juicy and tiny grapes. RM2.50 for a small pack.
Granduncle (三叔公) lives there. Haha! It's just a confectionery shop.
Night markets at Jonker Walk.
Bed and breakfast.
Orangutan House.
Some nice and cosy bar.
Piss and Peace.
Enormous pineapple tart.
Seriously, don't think I'm joking when I say the Malaysians in Malacca is very rich, alright?
Volkswagen mini-bus. So cute!
Another Volkswagen. Two Volkswagen within 5 minutes walking distance, can you believe it?
So well polished, I didn't dare to touch it.
Dinner at A'Farmosa Chicken Rice stall.
Coconut juice to bring down the heat.
Herbal Jelly, gui ling gao.
The famous chicken rice balls.
Roast chicken.
Nothing much special with the chicken rice, the chicken is dry and not tender at all. I think the chicken rice near my house is much better. I wanted to go for the chicken rice at the other stall which was much better but it was closed.
There's an emperor's seat inside the chicken rice restaurant.
Night view of the Malacca river.
Some buys of the day.
Earrings, 4 for RM10.
Vintage-looking rings
FaceShop nail polish, RM3.90 each, very cheap!
And I love this. My new jumper. =)
