3rd year nursing student

i finally got my red sticker
which means i'm 3rd year
yeah~!

no patients todae

ya lo. sianz~
my cubicle is 6 bedded
got 4 patients discharge liao
till before i off, only got 3 patients
hahaz.. so little rite

nothing much to do today lo
but ward sister really nice
let us tag around do dressing with her
check E trolley, which we hardly touch

i manage to serve medications today
wanted to write and pass report
but my cubicle patients
very hard to write report

so tiring...

i love e Bak Kut Teh there cos it's not like wat u eat outside

my patient had septic shock
and i totally dunno wats happening

it's like resuscitation
lots of fluid management
antibiotic, plasma, N/S, D/S...


then ok already
go break, come back

then doctor say
want change urine catheter
so i assist
patient was still breathing

till doctor finish
i ask fren to help me clear e rest
wear diapers and pants
something wasn't rite lo
patients not struggling
he used to struggle (like having fits)

i look at e body
skin colour not rite
then e face
really not rite, damn pale
focus and look longer
not breathing...

why happen at this time lo
rite after doctor left oso
then i run out cannot find my staff nurse
ran in cubicle again
press 'code blue'

pregnant staff nurse came
"wat e heck?! pregnant one..."
told her patient got pulse
no breathing

she tell me get 'E' trolley
then this time
e rest of e staff nurse
noe it's serious liao
now, then go there help

i observed e rest of e procedures
only helped with oxygen apparatus
manage to get pulse back
but patient still not breathing

conclude:
patient -> 'A' systolic
last office done...

tired sleepy sianz argh

i'm so tired

Mag's unlucky day

decided to meet up with frenz mag, char, ying and hm
selene not free, in china
had dinner at PastaMania

i tried e new meatball pasta, not bad lar...




so when we were finishing up our meal
mag suddenly say her bag missing and everybody thot she was joking lo
i keep looking around the floor thinking must be drop on floor already but really dun have

was stolen by somebody cos she left her bag on e chair beside her and it was near the path, where a lot of ppl are walking pass

the ppl in PastaMania and e security guard say it's not e first time already, so everybody pls take care of ur stuff when u go out

spent 1 to 2 hrs making police report. hahazZz...
mag damn happy-go-lucky but lost IC really damn 'ma fan'

then we still go StarBucks at the Specialist Shopping Center
chit chat... hm left early
mag sit in got the light tat hangs down from e ceiling, so when we were leaving
mag bang her head on e light lo, she really bad luck sia~
