scary day !

today so suay...
my patient had septic shock
and i totally dunno wats happening

it's like resuscitation
lots of fluid management
antibiotic, plasma, N/S, D/S...


then ok already
go break, come back

then doctor say
want change urine catheter
so i assist
patient was still breathing

till doctor finish
i ask fren to help me clear e rest
wear diapers and pants
something wasn't rite lo
patients not struggling
he used to struggle (like having fits)

i look at e body
skin colour not rite
then e face
really not rite, damn pale
focus and look longer
not breathing...

why happen at this time lo
rite after doctor left oso
then i run out cannot find my staff nurse
ran in cubicle again
press 'code blue'

pregnant staff nurse came
"wat e heck?! pregnant one..."
told her patient got pulse
no breathing

she tell me get 'E' trolley
then this time
e rest of e staff nurse
noe it's serious liao
now, then go there help

i observed e rest of e procedures
only helped with oxygen apparatus
manage to get pulse back
but patient still not breathing

conclude:
patient -> 'A' systolic
last office done...
