Tomorrow is our anniversary!

Attended Helen's sister's wedding dinner at... I forgot which hotel. Haha!






Basically, our table is half empty and so that just means we get to eat double the amount each! We actually managed to finish most of the dishes and of course were too full to have any other meals for the rest of the day.




This is my favorite fried cod fish with soy sauce, I must learn how to make this one day!

Tomorrow is my anniversary together with boyfriend! Time really flies! I'm going to give him the present that took me long enough to prepare, and still yet to be done. I still have a lot of photos! It kills brain cells, seriously.

That's a lobster in the prawning pool.

We've got lots of prawns today! Hoorah! And a lobster too but we don't really know what to do with it because we can't skewer it as the shell is very tough. We had to put it straight on the BBQ pit.

This is it. The lobster's movements are relatively slow compared to the prawns, we could just leave it somewhere and it wouldn't move much or maybe it's just sleepy.

Yes, I went to collect my prize from Body Shop today! The bag was very heavy and I went to look for my sister to have lunch together.

There really is a lot of item inside the basket, could last me for awhile and I don't have to spent money for some time. It consists of the Rainforest Radiance range of items for colored hair, SPA Wisdom. Japan range for the body, Dreams perfume, Vitamin C range for the face and eyes, and some make up brushes, lip gloss and mascara.

Hurray! I love my boyfriend for helping me to catch the butterfly! (Though it was my phone he was using.) =)

Oh, I have to thank my sis for helping me carry it home too. I went shopping while she safe keeps my prize in her office and I waited for her to get off work.

Collected my Bodyshop travel kit prize, I was told to choose any travel kit that they have in store. I chose the one with the prettiest pouch. Hahaha. The item doesn't really matter much to me.

We won!

Boyfriend and I went for lunch at Junction 8 and since we are already there we can catch Body's Shop butterflies using the iButterfly Asia iPhone app. I've already gotten the free shower gel butterfly yesterday.

And boyfriend got a Travel Pack today.

The grand prize! *Squeals* I'm so excited.

I'm so proud of my boyfriend and we're so lucky!

I went to the nearest Body Shop to collect my prize right away, it's only a letter though. I will have to go down to their office to collect my prize.

I look ugly in this picture, slept real late last night and my hair is so messy.

I was thinking why the marketing staffs did not do any editing before they upload it. Bad image for me and them too. Oh well.

Eat: Dian Xiao Er

Nobody will believe me but I have to say. "This is really my first time dining in Dian Xiao Er!" This is so embarrassing, the restaurant was open since 6 years ago and this is my first visit. Hahaha!






This is the Crocodile Stew which is more like a soup, the meat is a little tough.




Duck Roasted with Ten Wonder Herb which the duck is marinated with a total of ten herbs & wine before roasting. I have to say I really liked this dish, I think I could finish half the duck myself. I was just kidding.




Deep Fried Kai Lan with Floss. The kai lan leaves are fried till crispy while the stem is sliced and stir-fried, and added with floss. This makes quite any interesting combination.




I didn't want to eat rice that's why we ordered another Braised Ee Fu Noodles, which cost us another $10. If you want to save some money, just settle with rice instead.

Boyfriend is on leave today and we must make use of the chance to dine in restaurant that have weekday lunch offers.

The Ship was having a 50% discount on a few selected main courses. We up-sized a course to a complete meal, so we could share.




Interior. I really hate the blue lights, it reflects on my food and really makes me feel irritated during the meal.






Bread and butter. Nothing special about the buns.




Seafood chowder.




Carbonara was not bad.




I must say the pork chop was good, it was cook till juicy and tender, and the potatoes were roast till flavourful. I wouldn't mind going back for more!




Then I was craving for cakes at night, I made boyfriend accompany me to get cakes from Pine Garden.

I got the orange chocolate, and green apple cakes. I really liked the orange chocolate, the chocolate though not sinful but was bittersweet and goes very well together with the orange flavour. Boyfriend prefers green apple more.

There's still a few more other flavours I've yet to try. =P

It has been very hot and humid recetly.
