What a day of fun!

07 March 2009

Lunch at the nearby Tze Cha shop at Toa Payoh Central, near Pets Lover Centre. The waitress was funny, I think she just woke up, hahaha...

Curry Chicken Noodle, $3.50. Not bad, just that the curry is not thick enough.

Seafood Hor Fun, $4.

Next stop: Selegie Soya Beancurd. Beancurd with red bean, $1.60. Not much red beans.

Beancurd with bubble tea pearl, $1.60. There is a lot of pearls!

My shoe has a big crack! Boohoo~ How sad. I bought 2 pairs of flats from Cotton On, 2 for $25.

Big white rose ring from Cotton On. Damn cool and it looks really pretty with my fuchsia pink nails.

Bought this packet of chestnuts from Daiso.

Hmm~ I love chestnuts.

Time for some D.I.Y. Jewelry sticker and namecard holder from Daiso.

Tadaa! Bling bling~ I'm starting to love blings!

Got to go back to office for a buffet dinner. Nobody is there, just me and Guerlain. The florist are still clearing orders, so we had to wait.

A picture of my new Cotton On flats while waiting.

Sarah came.

Then boss came too and starts criticizing Sarah's iPhone.

Peter starts opening the covers of the food. It is time to show what we are going to eat for the night!

Salad and prawn mayo. the prawn mayo looks so delicious but I can't eat. =(

Very colourful kueh.

Beef with capsicums.

Cauliflower and broccoli.

Sweet and sour fish fillet.

Very cheesy meat balls.

Chicken with pasta tomato sauce. The chicken head is still there.

Crispy oat prawns.

Fried rice.

Fried noodles.

Everyone in the company is finally here.

Boss did a little speech.

Star of the night, Peisan's nephew. He is so kawaii~

Time for food grabbing!

*P.S. I spent a estimated total of $6 of transport fees for today, I just top up $20 yesterday. Dang!

Marriott, the best.

06 March 2009

Another day of cakes. Marriott! Woohoo~ The best of all cakes!

Chocolate Heaven and it sure is heavenly. The richness of the dark chocolate and it wasn't too sweet. The macaroon was some kind of berry flavour and it was really fantastic!

Mango cake and I love mangoes! The sponge cake and mango mousse goes really well together. It's kind of addictive.

Lychee Delight, still everyone's favourite. The smell of lychees linger around the room whenever we open the box. Ahh~ Unforgettable.

Canele.

05 March 2009

More cakes today, this time it is Canele~ Yippee!

Triple Chocolate Cheesecake, consists of walnut chocolate fudge cake, chocolate chip cheese cake and dark chocolate chantily. I didn't know it was cheesecake because it looks so chocolaty and yummy. Still alive after trying the cheesecake but I don't like the aftertaste.

Gateaux Chocolat, consists of dark chocolate cream, flourless chocolate sponge decorated with triple chocolate shards. Rich chocolate taste, thumbs up!

Tiramisu, the Italian classic, made with marsala mascarpone mousse, finger sponge soaked in coffee, white rum and brandy. The flavour of coffee, rum and brandy is not too strong, just nice for me. Savoury~

I watched a movie 'PUSH', another superpower show. Not bad, I rate it 3-half/5. The story was a little off, I like the little girl, she's pretty.

Boring.

03 March 2009

Chocolate in the shape of carp, I 'snatch' it from a florist. Hahaha~ I didn't eat it, don't like white chocolate. It is pretty~

Kuromitsu~

02 March 2009

Healthy dinner at Ministry of Food. Looking forward to my Kuromitsu soft serve. *grins*

Total bill of $17.30 for 2 person.

Tonkotsu salmon sandwich, $5.00. The smell of the cheese is too strong, especially the plain bread area.

Dollop of mash potato which comes with the sandwich, too much mayo.

Top up $1 to the sandwich for a unagi salad. Just look at how miserable it is, only 2 spoonfuls. The unagi salad was good by the way.

Salmon Salad, $8.50. The salmon bits tastes really good with the apple sauce and those fresh veggies are crunchy! Do ask for more apple sauce if you think it is not enough.

Kuromitsu mini soft serve, $2.80. My favourite! I'm already contemplating to get the kuromitsu syrup from Daiso and drizzle it on the soft serve from MacDonald's. Hahaha!

There's no service charge on the bill, so don't expect any good service since you have to order the food at the counter yourself.

Oopsy~ again.

I spree-d again, oops! This time it is PGMall, they have very cheap bags.

Item 1:

Item 2:

Both bags only TWD 250 each and I only paid a total of $23.35. Yippee~

I cooked!

01 March 2009

Pau for breakfast again! Haha! This time it is 'Da Pau'.

Couldn't be bothered to heat it, just imagine how tough this pau is. Love the slice of egg. =P

I bought this bottle of Ramune from Novena Square 2 quite some time ago. Daiso sells ramune too but without the marble. The last time I had one with marble was during Secondary School days.

Definitely need loads of strength to push the marble.

Finally! Phew~ Ehh... The ones I had during Secondary School, the soda will overflow due to the gas but this one does not. It's not fun anymore. Hmph...

Pretty bubbles~!~

Made some snacks for tea, biscuits with red bean paste.

I cooked dinner, have not cook for a very long time. Skills have deteriorate. =P

Broccoli with oyster sauce.

Gong bao ji ding, very salty because I added too much salt accidentally.

Don't know what soup this is, too much ingredients inside. There are beef ball, minced pork balls, egg, tofu and mushrooms. Hahaha~

Lastly, a Marigold peach jelly for dessert. Totally satisfied. =)
