My relatives came over to visit. (Ps. I woke up at 3pm because I slept at 6am) So we chit chat a little...

I'm going to see them tomorrow again, no pics with them today because I don't have any make-up on.




My nephew kept rolling around on my bed. I dunno why. My bed must be super comfy la. Hahaha. My cousin's girlfriend was here too, nephew kept going out to lead her back to my room and then continue to roll on my bed until the girlfriend disappears again. And then he goes out to get her back again. Lol lol. Very hum sup hor?




Dinner!
Black pepper chicken, steamed fish, ABC soup, stir-fry leek and lettuce. Yumz!

I ate quiet a lot yesterday... even had some Mcdonald's for supper... I was worried about my weight. I stood on the weighing scale. I was at least half kg LIGHTER. Wth?

Reunion dinner

White Maggi Goreng better than the usual Maggi Goreng but a lot of MSG. I was feeling very thirsty after lunch.

Tifa is emo and frightened just now. It's like she saw something and then quickly hopped in a corner and continue to look around cautiously.

Ran around a bit more and she finally hid behind the cage. Thump a few times when boyfriend tried to comfort her.

Slowly calmed down after giving her treats. She finally came out after boyfriend walk away. Then she's okay already. Running around me asking for her favorite pellets.

Hmm... did Chobi come back to scare her or what?




I... first time see supermarket frozen food area empty out until like that. o.0

And the CNY snacks are selling at $3 and above. Huge offer! My dad keep sweeping them off the shelves. My mum opened a container of pea cookies to try and dad says it's nice and he went back in to buy 2 more. Die le, die. Those fats...

Lao Beijing Hi-Tea

I finally tried the Hi-tea buffet at Lao Beijing. $16.80 per person.

There isn't a lot of variety, there are some food that you have to take yourself from the buffet line and you have to order the rest which is on this sheet of paper.




Lotus paste bun, fried popiah, siew mai... The siew mai is the only dim sum? I only saw this, not really like what you see on the poster.




Fried noodle and sliced pork with garlic sauce. The sliced pork is the only thing we like.




Prawn paste chicken was normal... I need to go Uncle Fred or Wah Hoe to replace the taste of this!




They have almond jelly, super normal... just almond jelly in cocktail fruits and syrup water. The red bean soup is not bad but I just don't like the ginseng taste.




Small bowl of zhajiang mian. Not bad.




Dumplings in supreme soup, diluted soup. No wow, nothing.




Weirdly shaped xiao long bao. Passable.




Pork and chives guotie. First time see so guotie wrap until like that one.

Got a fly trap thing, gonna put those in office and hope the flies stop flying around. They can get very irritating especially when you have to be very focus. And a washi tape look-alike tape. Not sure if it works exactly like washi tape.




Had some shrimp chee cheong fun while waiting for our food.




We had to wait for 20 mins for this salted bake chicken even though we are at the foodcourt! Worth it! It was $6? I wanted spaghetti but most of their items are sold out, so I had to settle with plain rice.

Chicken was tender and juicy, the juice from the chicken was absorbed by the rice. Ahhh~ I like! The chilli was not too spicy, I love it. The soup that comes with the meal was of a milky color. Chicken soup with the salt that they used to bake the chicken with? It was fragrant.

Seldom see hydrangeas in this peach color one... Super nice!

Roasted duck and char siew noodle. Tastes ok but the serving of meat is a bit stingy lo.

Pad Thai for dinner!

Tifa makes it difficult for me to leave house every single time. She's so cute! I really don't want to miss out watching her every move and binkies.

She really loves playtime, she was emo before I started play with her.




My mini sewing machine is here! My house got no space for a normal sized sewing machine, so this will have to do for now.

I feel so shitty... I've been so forgetful recently and ended up needing others to help me clear the shit I have caused. My gawd!

It's a horror when you need to work from home and you have never used that PC for a suuuuuuuuper long time... the Skype messages loads like crazy (including all past messages that has already been read). A lot of softwares to update - antivirus, java, flash...

thumper lost & found

The day has been a little crazy today... I don't know why but I'm quite exhausted.

Nadine's bunny, Thumper was lost in the morning. Got me very anxious because I can't imagine losing Tifa. Quickly asked Ah Long to just go over and help Bryan to look for Thumper first while we clear some more work.

Luckily, bunny was found even before we got there to help and we had lunch at Wah Hoe!
