Taste of Philippines.

Lunch at Jologs Express at Novena Square 2, we just wanted to try something special for the day. The set comes with a free flow drink and a bowl of soup. The texture of the soup feels like shark fins soup but alright.




This is Tocilog, it consists of rice with fried garllic, egg and sweet pork - a cured meat which is called, Tocino or Tosino in Philippines. The sweet meat tastes like Chinese sausage, I like this.




Tanguisilog, I can't find this online. Rice and egg is the same but it comes with grilled fish. Nothing special though.
