Today is '冬至' aka 'Winter Solstice Festival' in the Lunar calendar, one of the most important festivals celebrated when sunshine is weakest and daylight shortest, also a time for the family to get-together.
Had 'tang yuan' (glutinous rice balls) at boyfriend's house, his mum made them. Delicious!
