Flip it now. Flip it good.

Sudden craving for pancakes, it was already noon when I woke up which means no more hotcakes. I can only fry the pancakes myself.

Mix the batter.

Pour the batter on the hot frying pan and watch it bubble.

Fry the other side. Making sure both sides are brown, do be aware that the bottom won't be as nice as the top due to the bubbles.

Tadaa~ My stack of pancakes!

Made apple cinnamon sauce to go with my pancakes too. I just have to boil diced apples.

Add cinnamon and sugar, keep boiling.

The apples look crystalized.

Boil till there's a little water left and there you have it! Yums.

Pancakes

Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon white sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup milk
1 egg
2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Directions:
1. Preheat a lightly oiled griddle over medium-high heat.
2. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Make a well in the center. In a separate bowl, beat together egg, milk and oil. Pour milk mixture into flour mixture. Beat until smooth.
3. Pour or scoop the batter onto the hot griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake. Brown on both sides and serve hot.

PS. I used soymilk instead of milk, works well too. =)
