Helen's very belated celebration.

We even used a glass of water to rinse char shu, it was unbelievably salty. I think I might die of kidney failure.




*PS. I just found out that Hokkaido ramen tends to be saltier and has lesser choice, which only consists of shio, shoyu and miso.


Moved our butts to Starbucks and had our small celebration. =)
