Serene's Birthday.

The friends of Serene met early to prepare her birthday present. Miss Helen below is doing her last minute 'homework'. What? You do the scrapbook cover big deal huh? So don't need to homework is it? Hahaha!




Then off we go to Bugis, Ma Maison, to meet Serene there for dinner.

Serene's Omu Rice in Stone Bowl. You have to fry the egg yourself and the rice was really fragrant and tasty.




Helen's Italian Hamburger Steak. The steak was still as good as usual but I still prefer the normal Hamburger Steak with the egg on top. Yums!




Wenqing and Shuhui's Beef Stroganoff with Butter Rice. Just imagine them going 'Woo... Haa...' and 'the egg is so fluffy' and all. =P




Mine, Hayashi Rice. I keep seeing this on the Japanese Drama, Lunch Queen, so I decided to try. The sauce has a very slight sour taste in it and the plain rice sure is fluffy, I was already very full after eating half of it.

Here comes Serene's Birthday cake! Erm... I mean pie.

We were suppose to collect the pie ourselves and put our own candles but the waiter just serve us our pie. =( Means no surprise!

We asked Serene to keep her eyes closed while Helen and I quickly poke the 'HAPPY BIRTHDAY' through the pretty hard crust, we had to light up the candles really fast too.

A very special present, should I say it's a bad or a good memory? The very first picture taken 10 years ago when we were still in Secondary One. I think all of us will bury the photo somewhere and make sure that nobody sees it. Serene teared when she saw the photo. Aww~




Time for presents! A shirt and a skirt. =)
