Maybe only the shopaholic part...

I just finished watching Confessions of a Shopaholic, watched part of it when I was in Malaysia the last time with my iPhone. My sister said Isla Fisher looks a little like me, as in the features. She really got me curious enough to finish the whole movie.

I was updating my old blog posts, replacing the pathetically small images with bigger images. Just erks me when I think everything on my blog isn't syncronized.

I started with the posts from year 2006, looking back at the old photos. I do look a lot different from now. I weigh lighter than what I am now in 2006 but I think I looked slimmer now as compared to the past. Weird huh?

E-mooks and Marc Jacobs.

Went to Kinokuniya the other day, I wanted to get the Fred Perry e-mook but it was out of stock. I always go to Kinokuniya to get their affordable e-mooks which comes with a branded bag, authenic of course! I bought 2 other e-mooks instead, Cher and Spring.

Cher's 15th Anniversary Box for $34.10. It's limited edition.




2 catalogs, handbag and pouch. Of course, these are limited edition too.

Spring magazine for $16.40, comes with a Agnes b. bag. The quality is not as good compared with the rest of my e-mooks.




Here's my Marc Jacobs pouch with I ordered from Reebonz for only $98.90 (tax included). I would think it's really worth it for such a big pouch. Loving it!

I ate the chicken.

Had a very bad craving for chicken rice and we're out for lunch again! Chicken House along Upper Thomson Road, sinfully yummy. I only had half plate of rice though, must control my carb intake.

More char-grill please!

4 ladies went out for lunch at Ang Mo Kio Avenue 3, block 232. Wanted to have kway chap but the stall is not open, we tried the western food which was opened not long ago, called Char-Grill Bar. A blessing in disguise. =)

Cheesy fries to share, damn sinful.




Fish fillet with herb sauce. Not dry but there isn't anything much special about it.




Seafood pasta, nothing much special.




I seriously did not expect my Cajun Chicken would be sooo.... very sinful. Just look at the whole lot of cheese on my chicken chop! Luckily it's mozarella cheese and not square cheese, if not it is going inside the bin. The chicken wasn't dry at all and tender, thumbs up!




Prime stirloin steak, medium rare. If anyone of you are there with us, you could hear the 4 of us going, "Mmm... Mmm... Mmm... Mmm..." Hahaha! Really value for money!

We have a little bit of catching up to do.

Finally had time to meet up with Mag, we haven't seen each other for a long long time...

We had dinner at Tarafuku Seafood Market & Restaurant which was just another branch of Tampopo, we do feel kind of cheated because we do not see Tampopo's name anywhere before we stepped inside the restaurant. The pictures do really looked like Tampopo's.

I had the Cha Soba with Black Pig Toro soup base.




The soup base was fragrant.




I ordered another Kakiage, nothing much special about it.




They do have sushi on conveyor belt too but $0.99 per sushi... That's kind of expensive, we'll pass.

Hell yeah!

Japanese food at Suki Sushi. Too bad, the price of the sushi have gone up to $1.19 per plate, used to be $0.99.

I will never be back.

Had lunch with Mummy and since I haven't had BBQ Chicken before, I decided to eat there. Regretted it. Food was a little expensive but luckily I've got student price.

Black Pepper Chicken. The chicken is dry and portion of food is miserable, could have gone to Aston's instead.

Mother's Day is finally over.

Work ended at 9am this morning, nobody would believe that I have actually worked for 20 hours. Haha!

With all the confusion that is going around... Sarah and Jen still stuck in China due to some reasons, let's just hope that we will be able to make it through.

I cooked.

I was craving for curry chee cheong fun and there is no way that I could get it in Singapore, so I decided to make my own version.

I bought a pack of ready-made chee cheong fun and curry chicken from a economic rice stall. Cut the chee cheong fun into thin strips, heated it up and poured the curry chicken over.




One word: Yummy!

Family movie day.

Found leftover rice in fridge, time for some fried rice! I couldn't find any veggies and so this version of fried rice only has egg, sausage and crabstick. Still very yummy nonetheless and I', totally satisfied. =)




Treat my parents to dinner at Thai Express. Sorry for the ugly images, I didn't bring my camera along and iPhone takes bad pictures.


















Watched Ip Man 2! It was terrific and even better than Iron Man 2. I totally encourage everyone to watch this movie. Haha!
